Booking & availability
You can book through our website booking forms, WhatsApp, or by calling our contact number. Share your pickup location, date, time, destination and cab type, and our team will confirm your booking with a message or call.
No, registration is not mandatory. You can submit your details directly and our team will contact you to confirm the ride or package.
For weekends, holidays and popular destinations like Shimla, Manali or Amritsar, we recommend booking at least a few days in advance so that we can block the right vehicle and plan your itinerary comfortably.
Fares, payment & invoices
Fares depend on the route, vehicle type and package. For local and hourly rides we follow a base hour/km slab, while outstation trips are usually charged per kilometre with a minimum km per day. Tolls, parking and state taxes are generally extra unless clearly mentioned as included.
We usually accept UPI, bank transfer and other digital payments, along with partial cash payment to the driver where needed. For tour packages and long‑distance trips, an advance is required to confirm the booking.
Yes, on request we can provide a fare breakup or invoice for your trip by email or WhatsApp, which can be used for personal, business or reimbursement purposes.
Cancellations & changes
Yes, you can request changes to pickup time, date or destination by contacting us. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the fare. During peak seasons, last‑minute changes may not be possible.
Cancellation rules depend on the service type and timing. Local and airport rides usually have a free cancellation window before pickup, while outstation and tour packages may have advance and hotel-related deductions. Please see our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy page for full details.
Vehicles & drivers
We offer a range of vehicles including Sedan, SUV and Tempo Traveller, depending on the route and group size. All vehicles are well‑maintained, regularly serviced and cleaned before trips.
Yes, we work with professional drivers who are familiar with North India routes, hill roads and tourist destinations. Basic verification and licence checks are carried out, and safety is always given priority.
You can mention your preference at the time of booking, and we will try our best to provide the same driver, subject to availability and duty schedules.
Luggage, safety & other questions
Luggage capacity depends on the cab type. Generally, Sedans can carry 2–3 medium bags, and SUVs can carry more. If you have extra luggage, strollers or special equipment, please inform us while booking so we can suggest the right vehicle.
Our drivers are experienced with hill roads and long‑distance travel. However, for safety we may advise specific departure times, slower speeds in mountains and breaks on long journeys, especially at night or during bad weather.
